Coach Dan Hart is making a difference!
History.

Jim Robinson, Harris County Appraisal District Chief Appraiser: July 1997:  "By the way, by next ARB (Appraisal Review Board of Harris County Appraisal District), we're going to have our pamphlet on equity protest ready and I think you'll -- I think you'll like it"

Jim Robinson's statement to Coach Dan Hart about the important "Protesting Unequal Appraisal" pamphlet, finally came into the public light of day in March 1998 after Coach Hart continued his disclosure requests to Harris County Appraisal District (HCAD) AS HE (i.e. Coach Hart) HAD BEEN DOING FOR  YEARS BEFORE! (IN YOUR BEHALF!!!)

Sands Stiefer, Harris County Chief Deputy Appraiser:  October 6, 1998, "Out of 79,327 total protested accounts, 6996 or about 8.8% received reductions based on unequal appraisal.  As this is the first year we kept statistics on unequal appraisal, it is impossible to determine how many accounts may have received relief in prior years, but the number was certainly much smaller."

Do you think one person can't make a difference?
The Constitution of the United States sets forth, with its opening, the whole of the American experience in these words:

"We the people"!

We can make a big difference...with your help!
It is "We, the people."

  Do you get it?
